Noel Gallagher Is Selling A Stack Of His Old Oasis Gear

Noel Gallagher has announced that he’ll auction off over 50 items from his days in Oasis and even through to his work with his High Flying Birds.

The gear will be available online from October 2nd on music marketing site Reverb and the full list of equipment includes guitars, amps and studio pieces.

Highlights of the collection include Gallagher’s 1960s Epophone Professional guitar, a late 1990s Mellotron Mk VI used by Oasis over their recordings, and an orange OR120 Overdrive amp with 4×12 and Head that was used by Oasis on tour.

“When you’ve been playing as long as I have, you tend to amass a huge amount of gear, and it’s not doing me or anyone else any good if it’s just sitting around,” he told Reverb.

“These pieces have a lot history, but they’re still very playable — I’d love to get them into the hands of someone who will put them to good use.”
