Kiwi five-piece Shapeshifter are gearing up for the release of their sixth album Stars, and they’ve dropped their new single Her to keep the anticipation high.
Her (below) is a sprawling and percussive track driven by the weighty vocals of frontman P Digsss. It’s an expansive epic, and one that’s likely to bode very well for the group come festival season.
The release of the single also comes with some more exciting news that they’ve joined the roster of 123 Agency, the booking agent behind talents like Kingswood, Harts, Shihad and Tash Sultana.
If you’re keen on seeing Shapeshifter in the live arena, then you can catch them at New South Wales’ Subsonic Festival in Decmber. They’ve also said that they’ll be announcing Aussie tour dates for 2017.
The new album Stars is set to drop on 4th November, and will feature Her as well as the first single Stars. Listen to Her, below.
