OK Go Help NPR Move House In ‘All Is Not Lost’ Video

There are some things in life that are guaranteed to bring a smile to even the most miserable grinch out there, such as children’s laughter, toilet paper ads with puppies, and OK Go film clips. We can’t help you with the first 2 but here, have the Californian quartet’s video for All Is Not Lost part of NPR’s Tiny Desk Concerts series – it’s sure to warm your cockles.

The public radio station’s Tiny Desk Concerts series presents performances from bands recorded live at the desk of All Songs Considered host Bob Boilen. In this awesome OK Go edition, the alt rockers helped NPR Music’s Tiny Desk move from its old headquarters to its new facility in Washington DC, playing the track live 223 times in the process and taking 2 days to complete.

Be sure to stay tuned to the very end for a rap cameo from Some Dude On The Street, and if this is your first encounter with the pleasure that is an OK Go video, we’d recommend starting with Needing/Getting and then working your way through the rest until you find yourself having wasted an entire day in a hideously satisfying YouTube hole.
