The 2012 Playground Weekender line-up announcement is scheduled for this Thursday 10th November. The festival will run from the 1st – 4th of March after festival organisers moved the festival back hoping for cooler weather.
70’s band Chic, have already confirmed they will be on the 2012 line-up and Neon Indian also revealed he would be playing the festival in a press release today. Roots Manuva and Erkayh Badu are also rumoured to be on the line-up.
Playground Weekender will return for its sixth year in 2012. Only 90 minutes out of Sydney on the banks of the Hawkesbury River, Playground Weekender boasts a unique outdoor festival experience outside the confines on the hussle and bussle of a city-based festival.
