PREMIERE: Boy & Bear Release ‘Harlequin Dream’ Music Video

Sydney’s Boy & Bear have unveiled their latest music video for Harlequin Dream, the latest single from their #1 album of the same name and the follow-up to singles Southern Sun and Three Headed Woman. The clip was filmed on location in Palawan in The Philippines, prior to Typhoon Haiyan.

The clip was filmed 14 days before the devastating storm hit, with production helmed by acclaimed director Kris Moyes, who’s worked with the likes of Beck, Franz Ferdinand, and The Presets. The Harlequin Dream LP is now officially certified Gold in Australia, selling over 35,000 copies in 2013.

According to a band press release, “the people and locations that were filmed are safe thanks to the surrounding mountains but donations are still very much needed to help those whose lives have been affected,” directing fans to various charities, which readers can check out below the video.

Boy & Bear have also announced the launch of their ‘HarlequinCloud’ app, which readers can find here, where fans are able to hash tag their own Boy & Bear photos with #HarlequinDream to see the photos included in a special tour slideshow. See our official Boy & Bear Feed right here.
