Geelong-formed, Brisbane-based art rockers The Red Paintings are premiering the eerie video clip for Wasps, the latest single from their debut full-length record The Revolution Is Never Coming, right here on Music Feeds.

Never ones to shy away from the darker side of things, the Trash McSweeney fronted 5-piece have been described as “Nine Inch Nails by way of Placebo“, which should give you an good indicator of the vibe of this tale of unidentified flying objects, some seriously creepy medical staff and levitating damsels. Wasps, the follow-up to first single You’re Not One Of Them, was screened at Roswell International Film Festival and debuted on mtvU in the US.

The Revolution Is Never Coming, which was six years in the making, is out now in Australia and will be getting a worldwide release on 1st October, with the band currently embarking on an ambitious worldwide tour of the US, the UK and Europe, including shows in Russia.
