Royal Chant Announce Final Shows Before Hitting Studio Lockdown

Written by Mike Hohnen on June 26, 2013

It was a time of drunken wonder and sonic exploration but alas, all good things most come to and end an Royal Chant’s Did You Pay Cash For That Panic Attack? Tour is no different. But rather than simply fading into the night, the Sydney garage rock trio have announced 3 more shows, 2 of which they’ll be headlining to give fans their fix before the band hits the studio.

The three shows will be taking place around Sydney. The first booked in at The Square in Haymarket as the band helps Sounds Like Sunset launch their brand new 7″ in style. With that good deed done, they will be rolling onto Glebe that same day to perform with All My Alien Sex Friends and returning to Bondi for the final show.

Once they get the live bug out of their system, Royal Chant will be entering studio hibernation to add the finishing touches to the their next release Small Town Bruises. But rest assured, like a bad rash it’s hard to get rid of Royal Chant entirely, they will be back on our stages soon enough.
