Sampha Legit Made Solange Cry With This Breathtaking Piano Cover Of Her ‘Cranes In The Sky’

Sampha has wrapped his creamy golden pipes around Solange‘s ‘Cranes In The Sky’ and the results have cut the original artist right to the core.

The UK singer-songwriter sat down backstage at Glastonbury and — with nothing but a piano and his soulful falsetto — delivered a goosebump-inducing rendition of Ms. Knowles’s 2016 A Seat At The Table gem.

Reacting to Sampha’s incredible impromptu Like A Version, Solange tweeted: “Crying. Sampha your voice and soul are unmatched.”

It comes after the pair collab’d on fellow A Seat At The Table cut ‘Don’t Touch My Hair’.
