San Cisco are ready to take their new music on the road, so they’re doing just that with a run of 20 new shows around the country between May and July.
With their new album The Water set for release on Friday, 5th May, the Fremantle band have announced a national album tour which will see them play across six states (and one capital territory) after they perform at triple j‘s 2017 One Night Stand later this month.
Supporting the tour will be Indigenous singer-songwriter Thelma Plum, who’ll also be showing off new material from her forthcoming debut album, and there are other guests still to be announced.
As for The Water, San Cisco singer Jordi Davieson says the album, which sees the band take a more collaborative approach to songwriting, acts as “a good snapshot of my life and headspace earlier this year”.
