The rumours have been building for 24 hours, but the official word is in and it couldn’t get much bigger than this – dance music innovator and global powerhouse Sasha has been confirmed as the (presumably) final addition to the already massive Rainbow Serpent 2013 line-up.
Talk about a suspenseful experience! The festival, which almost wasn’t, has left it to the last minute to announce the addition of Sasha, whose time-tested live performance is sure to take on a whole new form when surrounded by the Australian wilderness. It was a pretty tense few hours for everyone concerned after the Pyrenees Shire Council initially denied organisers necessary permits, but following a review it was decided that the festival had rectified the previous issues.
