Saving Grace Headline Australian Indigenous Mentoring Experience Fundraiser

Saving Grace will be headlining a show to raise money for the Australian Indigenous Mentoring Experience (AIME) on March 11 at The Vanguard. AIME is an Indigenous Corporation and a not-for-profit charity that uses a unique style of structured education mentoring to link university students in a one-on-one relationship with high school Indigenous students. With members being former students of the Sydney Conservatorium, their songs can be described as lyrical indie-pop melodies that are coloured by elaborate string writing, vocal harmonies, quality musicianship and the undeniable voice of opera-trained singer Sam McNeill. Likened to Crowded House, Damien Rice and Coldplay, Saving Grace have recently played at Peats Ridge Festival and supported Paul Dempsey, Jimmy Barnes and The Kin. This will be their last headline performance for a while as they begin writing new songs for their debut record.

Joining them on the night will be the beautiful Caitlin Park, in full band mode, displaying her diverse musical styles of folk and electronica and Johnny Took, an up and coming Sydney singer-songwriter creating gorgeous country/folk music. The night will also include Indigenous Performers, Didgeridoo showcase, silent auction and much more!
