Shaggy 2015 Australian Tour Announced

Mr Boombastic himself Shaggy has announced he will be making his way back to our shores in May 2015, playing a string of dates across the country in his first Australian tour in five years.

The dancehall/hip-hop/reggae artist behind such notable hits as It Wasn’t Me and Angel will kick off his triumphant Australian return with a show at Sydney’s Big Top on May 16th followed by stops in Brisbane, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide.

As well as highlights from current album Out Of Many One Music, Shaggy will no doubt be diving deep into his catalogue of singles for these shows, which will follow up his 2010 Australian appearances.

Having exploded onto the scene in 1993 with his dancehall remake of the ska hit Oh Carolina, it was the release of the multi-platinum Hotshot album that took Shaggy’s international success to new heights. Still his most successful album to date, Hotshot featured such hits as Luv Me, Luv Me, Angel and of course the all-time classic, and karaoke favourite, It Wasn’t Me.
