Sleigh Bells Australian Tour 2013 – Big Day Out Sideshows

Written by Marc Zanotti on September 18, 2012

Well what do we have here? Yet another Big Day Out sideshow coming by way of popular two-piece Sleigh Bells. The Brooklyn based duo released their second lp Reign of Terror in February and will be unleashing their new material on Australian audiences as part of the Big Day Out and two special I OH YOU parties.

The Sleigh Bells will be joined by perhaps the loudest duo in rock DZ Deathrays for both shows while Sydneysiders will get a little, or more accurately a lot extra bang for their buck with Vampire Weekend’s BAIO hoping on the wheels of steel to crank out one of his highly talked about DJ sets.

It’s safe to say Sleigh Bells, one of the strong draw cards for BDO, coupled with DZ Deathrays is gonna’ be one hell of show that will sell out swiftly. Tickets go on sale this Friday September 21 at 9am so be at the ready or less you miss out; fairly warned be ye, say I.
