Slipknot’s Shawn Crahan Is Scared Of Koalas

When speaking with Triple M’s Higgo, Slipknot’s clown, Shawn Crahan, has admitted to being frightened by Koalas.

“They absolutely scare the living death out of me. I’ve never heard a noise come out of an animal like I have a Koala bear… It sounds like its having its head cut off. I’m actually going to try and hold one this time, but I don’t know I’m brave enough.”

Slipknot will be appearing at this year’s Soundwave Festival as well as playing a couple of sideshows while in Australia. A new record from the heavy metal band is expected in 2013.
