Something For Kate’s ‘Star-Crossed Citizens’ Gets Music Video Treatment

Written by Mike Hohnen on May 20, 2013

Well on the way into their 2013 headlining tour, Something For Kate have found a spare moment to spoil their fans even further. Today the band have released their latest music video for the 2012 track Star-Crossed Citizens.

The jam has been selected from an array of gems found on the group’s latest album Leave Your Soul to Science. Also released in 2012 the album was the first new material to come from the band following a 6-year absence from the studio after 2006’s Desert Lights. That gap was filled with compilation albums and a live release as well, which eased the long passage for fans.

The tour dates announced in support of the release are equally as momentous given they are the first such shows for the band in more than 10 years. Don’t let that scare you off, the band have performed spot shows and the odd festival stint in that time and by all accounts the reformed trio are as rust free as ever.
