Splendour 2012 Lineup Leaks – Another Hoax?

Written by Svetlana Huffington on April 10, 2012

A screen shot portraying a potential Splendour In The Grass 2012 lineup press release is being circulated around the internet tonight. The list of bands featured a number that have already been rumoured and the person behind the photo has certainly put a lot of effort into making it look legit. Including many potential picks that are releasing albums around the Splendour dates.

Update: Splendour in the Grass 2012 line up is here

However, Music Feeds has learned that there are a number of discrepancies throughout tonight’s leaked lineup which leads us to believe the photo is in fact fake.

Our web developer tells us the photo was taken on a Samsung phone on the 8th of April at 6:59pm and has been edited in Photoshop to some extent.

The first fake leak came in March leak and was a much lazier attempt which featured a very amateur poster design and the Black Keys, who have since been ruled out, as headliners.
