Splendour In The Grass Announce First Ever ‘Buskers Stage’

Written by John Ritchie on June 29, 2012

Splendour in the Grass 2012 have announced the ‘Buskers’ Stage’, which will feature a handpicked selection of Byron Bay and the North Coasts’ street smart songsmiths (see below). The buskers will perform stripped-down and unplugged performances as punters arrive at the festival each day. You can check out profiles of all the buskers over at the SITG website.

Splendour in the Grass 2012 kicks off in just over a month and is by far the most-anticipated winter festival. This year’s lineup sees the likes of Jack White, the Smashing Pumpkins, The Shins, and Bloc Party headlining the Byron Bay festival.
