It’s not too long now until Stonefield release their defining self-titled debut album, and the 4-piece are making the most of it by announcing a massive run of live shows in support of the release, which is available for pre-order right…now
It’s amazing to think how much the young outfit has achieved before releasing their debut full-length, enough to send shivers down the spine of all those considered their peers. The all-lady ensemble blew minds with their showcase at the recent BIGSOUND where they partnered with Red Bull for a massive album launch gig.
Quite a fuss is being made about Stonefield (the album), being that it was produced by Band of Skulls producer Ian Davenport before being shipped off to the Grammy-nominated Tim Palmer (U2, Pearl Jam) for mixing. Together, the team managed to capture the contemporary rock ‘n’ roll vibe of the band while still keeping their feet planted firmly in the world of blues.
