Sunday Indie Stream: Hailer, Gnome, Lily So & The Bellows and PaperCrane Live From Music Feeds Studio

Written by James Arnold-Garvey on June 13, 2013

You know how you love our live-streamed events? Well, how about four in one?! Yes, we’re doing our first-ever full-length show streaming from Music Feeds Studio all throughout Sunday evening, bringing you live music from four of the finest local indie acts straight into your living rooms. Or bedrooms. Wherever’s more convenient, really.

First up will be Sydney’s PaperCrane, making their raucous indie blues-infused Internet debut in anticipation of their first EP, due for release this year. Next on the roster is Lily So & The Bellows, a six-piece extravaganza with a distinctly gothic soul pop sound and a fix on sweet harmony. Experimental electro pop trio Gnome will follow, bringing glitchy, sonic soundscapes lifted off their See In Walk EP. Topping the bill will be Hailer – this atmospheric reverb-laden guitar quartet are doing big things fresh off the back of their second album Another Way and blazing first single Spooky Clams.

Get the heater on, crank up the stereo and enjoy the benefits of a great night of local music from the comfort of your couch this weekend! It all kicks off on this page from 6pm AEST this Sunday, 16th June, with each band taking to the studio an hour apart. Check out a sample from the bands below, and tune in this Sunday to be treated to some of Sydney’s best indie music.

6:00pm – PaperCrane
7:00pm – Lily So & The Bellows
8:00pm – Gnome
9:00pm – Hailer
