Super Secret International Guest To Perform At Modular Party

Written by Mike Hohnen on January 17, 2013

Modular are at it again! From the same people who brought you a Thom Yorke DJ set comes another super secret surprise that won’t be announced until closer to tomorrow night. The Modular party is set to have some international flare, but can you guess who?

Much like they did with the Yorke DJ set, Modular are gonna make you work for it. We can tell you on good authority that we have a pretty good feeling that it could be a Yeah Yeah Yeahs DJ set, who are currently in town for Big Day Out, and are key players on the Modular roster.

But it could also be the super buzzworthy rapper Childish Gambino who will be performing – that’s the DJ set people are waiting for. Or will Vampire Weekend be sending in their representative on the decks, Baio?

We can safely say that the answer to the question is in the above text, though you’ll have to wait until tomorrow to find out. That sure is one impressive shortlist of potentials, I don’t think there’s a worst case option in there.

Already confirmed for the night are the likes of Canyons and Ariane.

The Modular party will be kicking off tomorrow night at Sydney’s Tatler.
