Tame Impala ‘Lonerism’ New Album Details + Cover Art

Perth-based Neo-Psychedelic group Tame Impala will be releasing their new album Lonerism on Friday, 5th October. Following the release of their first album track Apocalypse Dreams earlier this week, the band have now revealed the cover art and tracklisting as well.

The album will have 12 songs in total, with the cover art (above) co-created by Tame Impala frontman Kevin Parker and artistic collaborator Leif Podhajsky, who’s done the art work for several other band’s albums that you might recognise, including the band’s first album Innerspeaker.

Tame Impala are also giving fans the chance to choose their own Lonerism adventure. They’re putting together a Lonerism deluxe edition package and want your suggestion for what to include. If your idea is good enough, it might end up being included! You have until Friday, August 3rd to make your suggestions. You can find out more info here.

You can find out more about pre-order details here, including a vinyl release, Deluxe CD edition (with bonus tracks), a bonus remix CD edition, and the standard CD and digital release.
