The Artery Foundation Opens Shop In Australia

Known for years as one of the most prolific management companies in the metal/hardcore scene, The Artery Foundation has announced it will be branching out to the Australian market, to be championed by Matt Leost, previously of The Harbour Agency and Fetch Agency.

The Artery Foundation is synonymous with some of the biggest acts around, including Asking Alexandria, The Devil Wears Prada, Dance Gavin Dance, Whitechapel not to mention so many more such as the US management for our very own The Amity Affliction. The company is known for their very personable and hands-on approach to their talent, with emphasis on comprehensive guidance, detailed knowledge and steadfast security to its broad roster of artists, as well as the usual touring, recording, merchandise, media marketing, social networking, etc that their role entails.

Feeds checked in with Leost to get his reaction on the big news: “I have been in contact with Eric Rushing [owner of TAF] for a while and we signed him as co-management for Buried in Verona. He has some great ideas and we communicated a bit more often and he expressed his interest in expanding TAF into different territories, including Australia, and have a representative over there to coordinate and help expand the company. He liked my ideas and pretty much offered me this opportunity.”

This will be a great shot in the arm for the local live music scene, which is sure to see a massive influx of local talent as well as talent from abroad. Stay tuned for the latest projects currently in the pipelines from the company.
