Written by Vidette Moore on April 29, 2011

Update: The Cure are on the Vivid LIVE line up, they’ll play their first 3 albums in full

It’s been rumoured that The Cure will be joining the mega Vivid Festival line up.
Curated this year by Stephen Pavlovic of Modular the Vivid Festival have already confirmed Spiritulized, Bat For Lashes, Cut Copy and Odd Future amongst many more on the official line up announcement.

Pavlovic played The Cure’s ‘A Forest’ on FBi Radio yesterday among tracks by other Vivid acts including Azari & III, The Crystal Ark, Wu Lyf. Although this isn’t solid proof, it could be a vague hint at what’s to come.

If The Cure are confirmed it will be their 5th visit to Australia.

Vivid Live will be from May 27 – June 5
