Great news for Sydney live music, the Hi-Fi have announced that they will be opening a new venue in 2012. The Hi-Fi Melbourne venue has been operating for over 15 years and in 2009 they launched a successful venue in Brisbane which opened with a free gig featuring the Drones. The owners promise the new Sydney venue will feature ‘the Hi-Fi archetypal characteristics of cutting edge sound, lighting & production systems, plus unmatched sightlines, providing the ultimate live music experience for music lovers’.

For the last 15 years The Hi-Fi Melbourne has been hosting the world’s best live music artists and is the home of the legendary Melbourne International Comedy Festival “Festival Club” featuring comedy’s biggest names like The Mighty Boosh, Roy & H.G and Merrick & Rosso.
