The Middle East farewell 2009 and welcome 2010 with a series of shows that will see the band perform in major capital cities across the country. Plus, residents of Sydney and surrounding areas have the opportunity to see the band perform some smaller and more intimate shows early December. Joining them on these dates will be Lola Flash front woman Emma Russack, who will be releasing her own E.P. through Spunk Records this coming January.
The band’s debut E.P. ‘The Recordings of The Middle East’ is currently available in North America, and will be released in Japan this December via the highly regarded P-Vine label. The EP will be released in the UK & Europe January 2010. The Middle East are currently working on their debut album, due for release through Spunk.
