The Ripe Celebrate Second Birthday With BLOOM V

Written by Greg Moskovitch on January 14, 2014

Melbourne-based youth network The Ripe have announced plans for their second birthday festivities. BLOOM V will not only be a celebration of the past and what’s to come, but will be the group’s biggest BLOOM event yet, with Gold Fields, Sampology, Willow Beats, and many more.

The Ripe has its genesis in a humble Tumblr blog started two years ago by a group of friends, whose ambitions stretched little further than scoring free CDs and tickets to shows. Two years later and The Ripe is a highly popular youth portal, looking forward to some big plans for the year ahead.

BLOOM V: The Ripe’s 2nd Birthday kicks off 9:00pm Saturday, 1st March and carries on till 6:00am Sunday, 2nd March at Melbourne’s Brown Alley. Tickets to party with the likes of Crooked Colours, Sable, Basenji, and more are priced at $20.00 + bf. Check below for all details.
