The Vasco Era To Headline ‘Roslyn’ NYE Warehouse Party In Melbourne

If you’re in Melbourne and still haven’t got your New Year’s Eve plans sorted – this could just be your ticket to a wicked night.

‘Roslyn’ will feature a showcase of several bands from across the Melbourne scene, all rocking out in a special warehouse location. The Vasco Era and Money for Rope will headline the event, ably supported in their mission to party by the likes of Going Swimming, The Complimentary Headsets and Van Myer.

The event has been named after a lamp that was salvaged from a now closed down music venue in the city. Organisers claim that the lamp is “regarded as a symbol of good people, good music and good times, everything the event on New Year’s Eve is striving to be.”

In addition to all the tunes, there’s also going to be a live photography exhibition with a silent auction for prints of the displayed images. The back bar is also going to be filled with black lights to make anything that is remotely neon-coloured light up very brightly.

Early bird tickets for the event are still available for $25 over at the event’s website.
