The Vines to Headline Design For Humanity

The Oxford Art Factory is set to host Billabong’s 2nd Annual Design for humanity benefit a night filled with Art, fashion and music., All ticket proceeds and money raised will go directly to UNICEF’S PAKISTAN FLOOD CHILDREN’S APPEAL.

Headlining the event will be The Vines, supported by Flight Facilities, Operator Please, Purple Sneaker DJ’s – PhDJ, Sosueme DJs and MUM DJs. There will also be A runway fashion show, showcasing Billabong Swimwear 2010 collection, designed by Australian fashion guru Lill Boyd. Other events on the night include live art installations, art gallery and art auction.

100% of this year’s ticket sales and proceeds from the art show and product collaboration auction sales are being donated to Unicef’s Pakistan Flood Children’s Appeal (www.unicef.org.au). More than 18 million people, including eight million children have been affected by Pakistan’s worst floods in living memory. This is a disaster of unparalleled magnitude, affecting more people than the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami and the January Haiti earthquake combined. For every dollar donated to the Pakistan Floods Children’s Appeal, through UNICEF Australia, a minimum of 90 cents will reach children affected on the ground in Pakistan.

Tickets are just $25.00 + bf available from www.moshtix.com.au.
