Written by Mike Hohnen on June 7, 2012

Following the announcement that they will be coming to Australia for a brief two-show tour, the ever-changing, chillwaving force that is The XX have demonstrated 5 songs off their soon-to-be-released album during a recent performance.

Titled Coesxit the album is expected to drop this coming September, on the 7th to be exact, and will feature the following 5 tracks: Devolution, Leave, Strangers, Closer and Fiction.

The band caused a huge stir following the release of their debut ‘xx’ in 2009. As a result, all eyes will be watching Coexist to see if it is as equality life changing as its predecessor

Definitely worth a listen, and despite the live performance, the quality is remarkable.
