Them Crooked Vultures Post New Teaser

Written by Daniel Clarke on August 20, 2009

When Dave Grohl first announced plans to form the supergroup that is Them Crooked Vultures, he summed it up pretty nicely. “That wouldn’t suck.” From what we’ve heard so far from the massive new lineup, consisting of Grohl, Josh Homme and John Paul Jones, it certainly doesn’t.

We’ve seen a couple of snippets of music make their way onto the ‘net, and with two shows of totally original material now under their belt it shouldn’t be too long till a long player sees the light of day. For now, check out the videos below.

The first one is a leaked demo of a song called Paved Death. Now, that song hasn’t been on their live setlists, and it sounds remarkebly like an earlier version of the second video. That is an officially released studio snippet of live show closer Nobody Loves Me and Neither Do I. Both sound fuckin’ wicked if you ask us.
