During an interview with New Zealand’s very own Tom Lark, the alternative folk musician has explained an event that had many people talking at BIGSOUND this Wednesday: what happened on the plane?
As you may have heard during our interview with Sola Rosa, the band let the cat out of the bag by letting the team know that something happened to the Christchurch-based musician, but would not say anymore. That proved not to be a problem, as soon after, Tom himself sat down with the crew for a bit of a chat.
As it was explained to the team, Lark was casually walking towards the airplane restrooms when all of a sudden he fainted. Medical staff rushed to his attention and Lark was quickly committed to a nearby hospital. After 24-hour surveillance, doctors gave him the all-clear; however, he was disappointed at missing valuable BIGSOUND time.
Tom’s crew were there to capture the final moments of the drama on their phone.
