triple j Unearthed And NIDA Want To Make A Budding Artist’s Dream Video

triple j Unearthed, ABC’s Rage and the National Institute Of Dramatic Art (NIDA) are all teaming-up to make a dream video for a new band come to life.

Bands, producers and solo acts are all invited to enter Unearthed’s competition to have a video made with NIDA students and equipment.

If you’re a band, producer, solo act or of any other music-making variation, all you have to do is create or have an Unearthed profile and then submit it to triple j for the chance to have your track given the video treatment. Six unearthed artists will be chosen in the end.

The winners will team up with NIDA students to develop the video with film equipment, studio locations and a budget of $200 all provided. Once that’s done it will be sent to Rage and played on TVs all across the country.

Last year’s winners were Polish Club and Donatachi who both came up with some pretty whacky ideas and delivered an impressive end result. You can watch those below and you can also check out all the details on how to enter here.
