As if Gold Coast-bred actress Margot Robbie‘s #bae rating wasn’t already through the proverbial roof, she’s just gone and outed herself as a legit metalhead.
While Robbie AKA Harley Quinn stopped by The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to chat about her upcoming gig hosting Saturday Night Live, the convo took an unexpected turn, with Hollywood’s newest IT girl revealing that she went through a serious teen metal obsession.
Apparently, Puddin’ used to dye her hair black, cut it with a razor blade, and only listen to “the heaviest of heavy metal”, which apparently included Silverstein, Bullet For My Valentine, Metallica and – wait for it – Slipknot.
In fact, it turns out Robbie rates the ‘Knot’s live show as “the best concert I’ve ever gone to”.
“They’re just amazing performers,” the Suicide Squad star tells Fallon. “Even if you don’t like metal, I think you’d appreciate a Slipknot concert.”
Strangely enough, as Margot Maggot Robbie recalls, when she saw The Masked Ones live in concert, she was also starring in Aussie soapie Neighbours at the time, and apparently got recognised by more people there than she ever had, anywhere else before.
Who knew Neighbours was so popular among the maggots?
Anyway, we’re pretty sure if Robbie ends up rocking up at one of The Nine’s big Aussie concerts this month, she’ll probably get recognised by ~at least a few more~ people than last time.
