Mansfield’s favourite sons Violent Soho have announced they will be taking their forthcoming album Hungry Ghost to all corners of the country this October, and they’ll be bringing along not only their rockin’ new opus but psyched out Sydney heroes Straight Arrows as well.
With Hungry Ghost‘s release date of Friday, 6th September, you’ll have more than enough time to get your head around the latest offering before it’s performed at your local venue. No doubt you’ve become familiar lead track In The Aisle and its inexplicably sexy music video, leaving you with just several others on the record to memorise and fall in love with.
The band worked with long-time friend and local studio-dweller Bryce Moorhead for the release, the follow-up to their 2010 self-titled debut which instantly gained traction in the US where the lads clocked countless hour on the road. Doing their best to tide fans over, Violent Soho dropped singles in the interim, though the whole kit and caboodle is now just around the corner.
Tickets are on sale now via Violent Soho’s official website.
