Watch: Arcade Fire Reveal New Track ‘Crucified Again’

Footage of a brand new song by Canadian indie kings Arcade Fire has surfaced online.

Consequence of Sound and ArcadeFireTube report that the band performed the song – Crucified Again – during an event to celebrate Partners In Health’s 25th birthday at Guastavino’s in New York City last night.

The song was premiered in 2011 during a surprise show in Haiti; however, this is the first time a performance of the song has been captured on film. Check out the footage at the bottom of the page.

Arcade Fire are currently working on their fourth studio album, the follow-up to 2010′s The Suburbs, which received glowing praise from critics worldwide.

NME reports that the band confirmed that the album would be out in mid-2013 via the ArcadeFireTube Twitter feed.

While at the Polaris Prize Gala last month, drummer Jeremy Gara hinted that the album is almost complete and could be released very shortly.

Former LCD Soundsystem frontman James Murphy is rumored to be the album’s producer after he gave a few non-committal answers when quizzed on the topic in some recent interviews.
