Watch Audioslave Perform Live For The First Time In More Than A Decade

Saturday night saw Prophets Of Rage hold their ‘Anti-Inaugural Ball,’ with the event headlined by the reunion of US rock supergroup Audioslave.

Prophets Of Rage announced earlier this week that Audioslave would be reuniting for the show, which was held to protest the inauguration of newly sworn in US President Donald Trump.

The performance was the first by Audioslave’s original lineup  since they officially disbanded in 2007 after Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell left the band permanently.

Taking to the stage with Rage Against The Machine members Tom Morello, Tim Commerford and Brad Wilk, Cornell and the band performed three songs from their 2002 self-titled debut EP ‘Cochise,’ ‘Like A Stone’ and ‘Show Me How To Live.’

Unlike Cornell’s other project Temple Of The Dog, it seems Audioslave’s reunion is unlikely to extend beyond this one-off show with no other shows announced at this stage.
