Watch Guns N’ Roses Chat About Their Pre-Show Rituals

Guns N’ Roses have shared a video on Twitter in which they candidly answer questions about the band and reveal some of their pre-show rituals.

The video features drummer Frank Ferrer and keyboardists Dizzy Reed and Melissa Reese answering questions whilst backstage on their ‘Not In This Lifetime’ reunion tour, which we are still hoping gets extended for an Australian leg next year.

The interview kicks off with the Gunners answering the age old question; what is your favourite Guns N’ Roses song? For Ferrer, fan-favourite You Could Be Mine is the standout, while Reese prefers the 1991 track Coma. Dizzy Reed’s favourite is the very early composition Night Train.

The band then get into the juicy stuff; discussing pre-show rituals. Reed reveals that he often likes to “get a little loose,” which often involves having “a shot of Jaegermeister, which is [his] favourite drink”. Ferrer likes to take it a little easier, preferring a quiet glass of wine, while Reese likes to “get all jacked up on sugar”.
