Watch: Guns N’ Roses Go Unplugged For Neil Young’s Bridge School Benefit Gig

Who would have thought that when it was announced that Guns N’ Roses would be performing at a school benefit gig that they’d actually show up? Well, not only did they show up, but they also performed a set totally unplugged, busting out the acoustics to help the kids.

The setlist is actually pretty damn amazing, with the band ticking off acoustic renditions of all their mega hits. Even some of their more-charged tunes such as Paradise City and Welcome to the Jungle received the unplugged treatment. We’ve got the full setlist for you below, thanks to Ultimate Classic Rock.

Speaking of the gig, guitarist DJ Ashba commented: “A lot of the acoustic shows in the past, I would still play on the [electric] Les Paul — but for this, we’re going all acoustic, no electric anything. That’s how Neil [Young] envisioned the whole thing, so we’re gonna stay true to that, for sure.”

High-quality footage of the show has now landed online and you can check out some of the tracks below. You will also see some of the Gunners members interacting with the students. All funds raised by the performance goes to the school, which Young founded with his wife Pegi, to aid children with severe physical disabilities.
