Watch Metallica’s Rob Trujillo Jam With Korn & His 12-Year-Old Son

Written by Tom Williams on May 2, 2017

Footage has emerged of Metallica bassist Robert Trujillo performing with Korn and his 12-year-old son Tye, who recently joined the nu-metal outfit as their temporary touring bassist.

Tye, who was announced as the stand-in for Korn bassist Reginald ‘Fieldy’ Arvizu last month, has already made his live debut with the band, but his appearance alongside his dad at the group’s recent show in Peru was clearly something special.

Footage from the show, which you can check out below, sees Tye and Rob Trujillo holding up bass duties in the city of Lima, and is further proof that the ‘bass face’ runs in the Trujillo genes.

Korn revealed to Music Feeds late last year that they’re plotting a new Australian tour for 2017, but dates are yet to be announced.
