Welsh indie stars The Joy Formidable have their new album Wolf’s Law on the shelves – and as a result, they’ve hit the US late night TV circuit to share it with the world.
The band hit the studios of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon at the end of last week, performing the catchy lead single from the new album – This Ladder Is Ours. Watch the gusto-filled performance at the bottom of the page.
Earlier this week, Music Feeds featured an Australian exclusive stream of Wolf’s Law in full just prior to release.
Wolf’s Law has been described by the band as a ‘bold’ album held together by the powerful voice of lead singer Ritzy Bryan. Not ones to simply write about love and lost, Bryan and The Joy Formidable touch on political and environmental matters within the songs that form Wolf’s Law.
“There are a lot of tracks on the album that explore greed and materialism and desire,” Bryan told Rolling Stone late last year.
