Win: Catch Motion City Soundtrack Live And Unplugged At Music Feeds Studio

Written by Mike Hohnen on February 22, 2013

Over the next few weeks, Australia is going to be the playground for some of the biggest and most talked about bands in the world, in town for Soundwave 2013. This is going to result in a lot of amazing moments, hilarious photobombs, and stories that we will be talking about for many years to come. This competition concerns itself with the latter.

UPDATE 26/02/2013: We are sorry to announce this competition has been cancelled

Statement from Justin Pierre:

Hey y’all! Just wanted to let you know that I unfortunately cannot perform acoustic on Thursday as advertised. My voice is having it out with me and I want to be top notch for the evening’s rock performance. I hope you understand and forgive me.

Sincerely, considerably, and forever(ly) yours…

-Justin.

Thanks to the cool cats at Epitaph and Warner Music Australia, Music Feeds will be hosting a super intimate, unplugged live performance from none other than pop-punk dons Motion City Soundtrack. In town for both the festival and their own Sidewaves, this gig is an incredibly unique opportunity to see the band in action as there are only 16 seats up for grabs!

Vocalist Justin Pierre and guitarist Josh Cain will be unleashing a handful of acoustic tracks right in front of you. The whole shebang will be filmed, and the lucky 8 winners (who can each bring a mate) will finish off the evening with a meet-and-greet moment with the Motion City Soundtrack boys.

The show will be taking place on Thursday, 28th February at Music Feeds Studio in Sydney’s St Peters. Winners will need to be available from 1:00pm – 4:00pm that day and will be required to make their own way to and from the studio.
