Yoko Ono Suing John Lennon-Themed-Pub

Yoko Ono is reportedly suing a bar owner whose establishment is to be devoted to her deceased husband and former Beatle, John Lennon.

Jam Showbiz (via NME) reports that Mike Craig, a landlord from Dundee in Scotland, has been sent a letter from Ono’s legal team stating he is infringing on copyright.

The letter is said to demand that all the Lennon memorabilia be removed from the pub’s interior and that the name is changed within 14 days. Craig is said to have spend thousands on decorating the venue, which is called Lennon’s Bar.

Craig is quoted as saying, “It’s ridiculous…The pub’s been called Lennon’s for about five years, but the signs will be removed this week.”
