Big Day Out Interview – Every Time I Die

Masters of Southern Hardcore and absolute gentlemen Every Time I Die sat down for a chat amongst all the chaos of Big Day Out 2013.

This marks the 7th time that the band has been Down Under – which potentially makes them honorary Aussies. Though they still don’t know their way around, the boys talk about how they’re becoming more and more familiar with our part of the world. Jordan seems a bit disappointed that he never saw the bats but remains in high spirits.

The band will be touring on the back of their 6th studio album, which has been praised as one of their finest yet. We chat a bit about what went into the writing of Ex. Lives as well as an in-depth character analysis of the group’s newest addition, Ryan on the skins.

Some of the toughest dudes out, Every Time I Die performed in the 40’c + heat in denim jackets. And damn they looked good.
