Interview: The Triffids at Homebake 2011

Legendary Australian music icons The Triffids played a very special show at this years Homebake, bringing in a range of singers to reinterpret the songs of the late David McComb, the band’s songwriter and front man.

Not the first time the band have reunited since McComb’s passing, band members Jill and Alsy spoke to us about finding new and deeper meaning in McComb’s words all these years later and what it’s like to revisit their memories of David through his songs.
