Soundwave 2015: Tonight Alive Talk Third Album Plans

Australia’s finest pop punk exports Tonight Alive are about to brace the main stage of the Soundwave 2015 stage under the heat of the Melbourne sun and they couldn’t be more stoked about it.

“It’s good to be an Australian band here when there are so many international bands coming for Soundwave,” explain the band. “We feel really proud to be Australian, representing Australia at an Australian festival.”

The boys also detailed where they’re at on their third album, the anticipated follow up to 2013’s The Other Side. They say they’re almost done with the writing process and will be heading to New Jersey to begin recording just days after Soundwave wraps up.

“We’ve really honed in on what we want to say and the band we want to be,” they say of the record’s direction. “It has been all about solidifying that and trying to get that across the best way we can.”
