WATCH: Kingswood – ‘Sucker Punch’

Working as hard as they rock is just par for the course when it comes to Melbourne boys Kingswood, who’ve quickly developed a reputation as not only one of the country’s most compelling live acts, but also one of its most prolific, recently announcing a series of sideshows to coincide with their appearance on the Groovin The Moo 2014 lineup. They’ve now unveiled their latest music video for the single Sucker Punch.

Sucker Punch first hit fans’ ears like a sledgehammer back in December as the first taste of the band’s forthcoming Vance Powell-produced debut full-length effort, which is currently slated for a June release. The album was recorded in Nashville with the legendary Powell, who’s earned Grammys for his work with the likes of Jack White and others.

The band’s new clip isn’t one you’re going to want to sleep on, as the band have become renowned for the always entertaining, over-the-top nature of their music videos, even scoring a J Award nomination for their Some Motherfucker’s Gotta Pay clip.
