WATCH: Sticky Fingers – ‘Gold Snafu’
Sydney-bred troublemakers Sticky Fingers are on a true winning streak, which has included the release of their raved-about debut studio album, taking the #70 spot in Triple J’s Hottest 100 countdown, and recently announcing their latest national tour to celebrate new single Gold Snafu, for which the laid-back five-piece have now unveiled a music video.
The track is the first single to be taken from the band’s upcoming new album, Land Of Pleasure, slated for release in mid-2014. The clip sees the boys chilling in the 1970s with gelled hair and pleather vests, at Mr Mattress’ Just Relax Mattress Factory Outlet, attempting to save their beloved workplace from thugs and developers.
Sticky Fingers’ Gold Snafu tour kicks off Saturday, 22nd February at Party In The Paddock in Burns Creek, Tasmania, before sending the band around the country ahead of a raft of European dates set for France, Holland, Germany, and the UK over April and May.
