WATCH: The Owls – ‘Krakow’

Aussie alt-rockers The Owls have returned with the music video for their recent single Krakow, from the band’s forthcoming EP Own The Street.

Directed, edited and produced by Rodd Martin, the video showcases the band playing in a tight city lane way, but keeping their sound big and energetic.

For the track, which was produced by Lachlan Mitchell of The Jezabels at Jungle Studios in Sydney’s Annandale, the band took inspiration from bands like Kasabian, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and The Strokes.

The Owls had a busy 2013, touring alongside The Jezabels, The Cribs and DZ Deathrays, playing an East Coast headline tour, and all the while working on some fresh material.

With the video clip for Krakow now complete, The Owls are taking over Sydney’s The Standard on Thursday, 13th February for the official Krakow Single Launch. More info via The Owls Online.
