Ariana Grande Has Copped A Lawsuit For Posting Pics Of Herself Without Permission

Ariana Grande is undoubtedly the biggest popstar in the world right now, but that doesn’t mean that she doesn’t have to abide by the rules. At least, that’s what photographer Robert Barbera is arguing, and he’s taking her to court.

According to TMZ, photographer Robert Barbera has claimed that Grande has posted a few photos of herself that he took, but failed to give him the proper credit or paid him the proper amount.

Barbera is asking for $25,000 USD per photo, or equal to the profit Grande earned from posting them – whichever is greater.

It should also be noted that Grande has an insanely strict photography policy when it comes to her concerts. W Magazine reported that photographers who took photos of Grande at her gigs will give up all rights to their photos to Grande’s touring company, and wait for express permission from Grande herself before they can use it in any sort of story.

We’ll see how this story ends up.
