Music superstar Beck has today announced a brand new album, Hyperspace. Along with that, he’s also given us a taste of the upcoming record with its lead single, ‘Saw Lightning.’
‘Saw Lightning’ is a master collaboration with Beck and Pharrell, who contributed to the drums and keyboards on the track. Typically, quintessential Beck slide guitar and harmonica playing can be heard as well.
Hyperspace, which has no release date just yet, is Beck’s 14th album and is the follow up to 2017’s Colors. He was last here in 2018, for the first – and, thus far, only – Sydney City Limits festival.
Beck has already had a huge 2019, picking up two Grammy awards earlier this year for Colors – ‘Best Alternative Music Album’ and ‘Best Engineered Album’.
